FAQs

Common Questions About the Betsoon App

Yes. From the "Responsible Gaming" section in the Betsoon app, you can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is in place, no deposits beyond that amount will be allowed. The budget tracker feature also lets you see exactly how much you've spent each week. If you need a break, the "Self-Exclusion" option is available and can be set anywhere from 7 days up to 6 months.

The Betsoon app supports both pre-match and live betting. With pre-match betting, you can explore a range of markets — match outcome, toss winner, top run scorer, and more. Once the match kicks off, live betting goes active with odds updating in real time after every over. You can even bet on how many runs will be scored off a single ball, and this is where the app performs at its fastest.
