Betsoon's tournaments and leaderboard events are open to active members — separate registration is usually not required. When a tournament is live, you'll see a banner in the relevant game or event section. If there's a "Join" button, click it; if there isn't, enrollment is automatic.

Leaderboard rankings are determined by three main factors:

• Total Bet Amount: The more you bet during the tournament, the more points you earn.
• Net winnings: Some tournaments rank players based on their total winnings.
• Specific games: Many tournaments are limited to specific slots or Live Casino games.

Prizes are usually distributed within 24–48 hours after the tournament ends. You need to finish in the top 10–50 to qualify — the exact number is specified in each event's terms. Prizes are credited directly to your account balance or added as a bonus. You can find ongoing tournaments under the "Promo" or "Tournament" section of the platform.

Betsoon offers two separate options for temporarily suspending or permanently closing your account.

Temporary Suspension (Cooling-Off): If you need a break — anywhere from 1 day to 6 months — go to the "Responsible Gaming" section in your account settings and activate the cooling-off period. You won't be able to log in until the period ends, and no promotional messages will be sent to you during that time.

Permanent closure (self-exclusion): To permanently close your account, email support@betsoon.best with the subject "Account Closure Request", or let us know via live chat. You will need to provide the mobile number linked to your account along with your full name. Accounts are typically locked within 5 minutes.

Withdraw your balance before closing your account. Any active bonuses may be forfeited. Permanently closed accounts go through a lengthy verification process to reopen — this is intentional.

Enabling Two-Step Verification (2FA) means a password alone won't be enough to access your account — every login will also require a one-time OTP sent to your mobile. It's one of the most effective ways to keep your account secure.

How to enable it:

• Log in to Betsoon and click on the profile icon.
• Select "Account Settings" or "Security Settings".
• Look for the "Two-Step Verification" or "Two-Factor Authentication" option.
• Clicking "Activate" will send a verification code to your registered mobile number.
• Once you confirm with the code, 2FA will be activated.

Once enabled, you'll receive a 6-digit OTP on your mobile at every login — the code must typically be used within 5 minutes. To disable 2FA, go back to the same settings and turn it off. If you change your mobile number, contact support so the new number can be linked to your 2FA.

Wagering (or rollover) means you must place a certain amount of bets before you can withdraw your bonus funds as cash. Let's break it down with an example:

Say you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a 150% bonus of ৳1,500. If the wagering requirement on that bonus is 30×, you'll need to place ৳1,500 × 30 = ৳45,000 in bets before you can withdraw the bonus funds.

A few things worth knowing:

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering — slots typically count at 100%, while Live Casino games may only count for 10–20%.
• Wagering must be completed within a set timeframe — typically 7–30 days from when the bonus is activated.

Cancelled before match start: If a match is cancelled before it kicks off, your full stake is refunded — the amount is typically returned to your account within 24 hours.

Abandoned after the match has started: Depending on how many overs or minutes have been played:

• In cricket, bets are generally refunded if the minimum number of overs has not been completed. If the result is determined via the DLS method, bets are settled according to that result.
• In football, bets are refunded if less than 90 minutes are played. For certain bet types, settlement occurs once half-time has been completed.
• If a live bet match is abandoned mid-game, a refund is generally issued.

Refunded amounts are credited directly to your balance — you can withdraw them or use them on new bets. If settlement is delayed or you have any questions, contact support with your bet ID number.

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on Betsoon — this is strictly enforced with no exceptions.

Providing your date of birth at registration is mandatory. If verification confirms you are under 18, your account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

If a family member helps a minor access Betsoon or shares their account with one, that account may also be closed. To prevent children from accessing Betsoon on your device, enable parental controls on your browser or router and never share your login credentials.
